『SUIGEI ESL PREMIUM DINNER PARTY～Drunken Whale Banquet 2022』を開催。

​酔鯨酒造では、Enjoy SAKE Life  をテーマに、『酔鯨ESL会』と題して、日本酒を楽しむシーンを提供するイベントを国内外で行っています。中でも酔鯨の最高級酒DAITOをはじめ、年に一度の新商品の発表とその新作の日本酒に合わせたお料理とのマリアージュをお楽しみいただけるイベント 〜SUIGEI ESL PREMIUM DINNER PARTY～Drunken Whale Banquet～を毎年秋に開催。 

 本年度も、コロナ禍が続く、社会情勢ではございますが、話題性を伴うこのような機会を持たせていただくことで、日本酒を取り巻く、飲食店様、卸問屋様、小売店様など各関係各位の持続可能な業界への貢献に少しでも役立てればと、ご参加いただくご人数や規模を考慮し、開催の運びとさせていただきました。弊社は今年お陰様を持ちまして50周年となりました。そこで、今年のハイエンドシリーズ酔鯨最高級酒「純米大吟DAITO2022」は、50周年記念として、TAKAYUKI YAMADA氏がプロデュースを努める江戸硝子職人の技術を駆使した空間演出ブランド『FORIEDGE』とコラボレーション。ボトルデザインプロデュースもTAKAYUKI YAMADA氏に依頼し、皆様にご披露させていただきます。また今年の会場は、800年にも及ぶ歴史ある日本庭園に抱かれる古都のラグジュアリーリゾートホテル『フォーシーズンズホテル京都』で開催させていただくことになりました。例年のように今回も選りすぐりの5種類の酔鯨とそれに合わせてシェフが腕を振るったマリアージュお料理をお楽しみいただく、美食のパーティを開催しました。

"SUIGEI ESL PREMIUM DINNER PARTY-Drunken Whale Banquet 2022" was held. ​ At Suigei Brewery, we hold events both in Japan and overseas under the theme of "Enjoy SAKE Life," titled "Suigei ESL Party," to provide a scene where you can enjoy sake. Every year, we hold an event ~ SUIGEI ESL PREMIUM DINNER PARTY ~ Drunken Whale Banquet ~ where you can enjoy the marriage of new products and dishes that match the new sake, including Suigei's finest sake DAITO. Held in autumn.  This year as well, we are in a social situation where the corona disaster continues, but by giving us this topical opportunity, we would like to thank all the restaurants, wholesalers, retailers, and other parties involved in sake. Considering the number and scale of participants, we decided to hold the event in order to contribute to the sustainable industry. Thanks to all of you, our company celebrated its 50th anniversary this year.Therefore, this year's high-end series Suigei premium sake "Junmai Daigin DAITO2022" is a collaboration with "FORIEDGE", a space production brand that makes full use of the techniques of Edo glass craftsmen, produced by Mr. TAKAYUKI YAMADA, to commemorate the 50th anniversary. We will also ask Mr. TAKAYUKI YAMADA to produce the bottle design and show it to everyone. This year's event will be held at the "Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto", a luxury resort hotel in the ancient capital surrounded by a Japanese garden with a history of 800 years. As in previous years, we held a gourmet party where you can enjoy the selected 5 types of drunken whale and the matching dishes prepared by the chef.
